Since its founding some 27 years ago as a Community Youth Support Scheme project, Employment Focus has grown and diversed from Heidelberg SkillShare with six staff, into a noted Victoria provider of recruitment, training and community services with over 70 staff.

Employment Focus blends together a broad suite of employment and training programs, funded by the Commonwealth and the State of Victoria, into a holistic service which offers customised support to individual jobseekers of diverse backgrounds from communities all over Melbourne. While individuals come for many reasons, the organisational focus on employment is clear as:

Three out of four people who walk through our doors go on to employment or further education.
